  3. Nurse loses employment tribunal claim for race discrimination after she claimed she was “hounded out” – a nurse who claimed that she was “hounded out” of her job at Good Hope Hospital after the death of a patient has lost her employment tribunal claim for unfair dismissal and race discrimination after it found that her dismissal had been because of unrelated conduct at work (The Birmingham Mail)
  4. Banker wins Employment Tribunal claim after being referred to as “crazy miss cokehead” – a former banker at the giant Russian bank Sberbank has won her employment tribunal claims for constructive dismissal and sexual harassment after she resigned from her job last year (The Mail Online)
  5. Former clinical support worker loses unfair dismissal claim after allegations that he sexually abuse a teenager in his care – a former clinical support worker at Russells Hall Hospital has lost his claim for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination after he claimed that the trust failed to make adjustments for his disabilities (The Birmingham Mail)
  6. Linklaters paralegal loses whistleblowing claim in the Employment Tribunal – a former paralegal at Linklaters has lost his claim for unfair dismissal after he claimed that he was dismissed for blowing the whistle on alleged fraudulent billing practices at the law firm (Legal Week)
