  5. Stonewall faces tribunal after ‘trying to have barrister sacked’ over gender-critical views – Judge refuses to throw out Allison Bailey’s case against charity amid claims it collaborated with chambers to put her under investigation (Telegraph)
  6. Senior accountant on £150,000-a-year and his £100,0000-a-year younger female colleague win payout from Grenfell council for sex harassment after workmate told colleagues they were having an affair – A senior accountant and his younger female colleague have won a sexual harassment case against a council after a colleague working with them at the authority accused them of having an affair (DailyMail)
  7. B&Q boss moaned pregnant mum with same illness as Kate Middleton was ‘always sick’ – Frankie Kite, who worked at B&Q in Witney, Oxfordshire, as a trading manager, is now in line for compensation after successfully suing for unlawful pregnancy and maternity discrimination and unfair dismissal (Mirror)
  8. British Airways sacked woman who took time off for endometriosis surgery – Cordelle Scotland had to take time off following an operation for the condition and was criticised by a boss who suggested she should have instead swapped some of her shifts with a colleague (SurreyLive)
  9. Crown Office employee who improperly accessed case records loses ET case – A Crown Office employee who launched legal action against the prosecution body after claiming she was sacked for raising sexual harassment allegations against a colleague has lost her case (Scottish Legal News)
  10. Security guard told ‘don’t be a baby’ by boss after cancer diagnosis – A cancer-stricken employee who asked to work reduced hours due to his medical treatment was told ‘don’t be a baby’ and that he should ‘grow up’ (StokeonTrentLive)

I score Redmans 4 out of 5 because things had to move fast and felt the team member assigned to my case wasn't very responsive at times.     Overall I am satisfied with the performance from Redmans. The reason I have given 4 stars is that I had quite a lot difficulty in contacting the representative which was initially nominated for me. However, when I contacted Chris instead, he was excellent over the phone and secured a great outcome in short order. I would recommend Redmans Solicitors.
