  5. Slough Children’s Services Trust discriminated against worker – The trust that runs Slough’s children’s services discriminated against an employee, an employment tribunal found (BBC)
  6. Judges eye pensions windfall as govt consults on rules – The Ministry of Justice is consulting on rule changes for the Fee-Paid Judicial Pension Scheme in response to a string of court cases, which could see some 4,600 judges receive backdated pension contributions (FT Adviser)
  7. Estate agent won £40,000 payout for pregnancy discrimination by her Cornwall employer – An estate agent who represented herself in an employment tribunal won a payout of over £40,000 after it was found that her employer discriminated against her because she was pregnant (Cornwall Live)
  8. Former BPP employment law lecturer successfully sues for unfair dismissal – A former BPP employment law lecturer has won an employment tribunal claim against the university (Legal Cheek)
  9. Hampstead vicar loses ‘marriage discrimination’ battle over sacking from St John’s, Downshire Hill – A former vicar of a Hampstead Church has lost a legal battle after claiming it was “marriage discrimination” which saw him sacked (Ham High)
  10.
