  7. Solicitor sacked after refusing move to Walsall wins ET claim – A West Midlands firm has been ordered to pay its former solicitor more than £6,000 over the botched handling of her office relocation (The Law Society Gazette)
  8. Tesco worker ridiculed over his fear of female boss wins sexism case – A six-foot Tesco worker ridiculed for being trapped in a room by a pregnant female boss eight inches shorter has received £50,000 for sex discrimination (The Times)
  9. New Yorkshire chair promises ‘seismic change’ after employment tribunal settlement with Azeem Rafiq – Yorkshire’s new chairman promised “seismic change” to rid the club of racism after revealing he had finally settled the toxic legal battle with Azeem Rafiq (The Telegraph)
  10. Ex-strip artist has to reveal all to sue Edinburgh club, rules judge – A former stripper has abandoned plans to sue a lap dancing bar after a judge ruled that she could not remain anonymous if she did (The Times)

    Fantastic support during a difficult time! Chris was fantastic, from the first conversation all the way through a difficult process. Chris supported me with a settlement agreement and his counsel was invaluable. The company I worked for tried to suggest some solicitors that they knew would simply rush through an agreement. Thankfully I found Chris and the Redmans team, what a relief! They fought for me and allowed me to keep my focus on the next stage in my career journey.
