  4. Former banker wins employment tribunal claim after being sexually harassed at work – A former Sberbank employee has won her employment tribunal claim for constructive dismissal and sexual harassment after being called “mad” and a “cokehead” at work (Bloomberg)
  5. NHS urged to claw back huge payoffs for managers – NHS bosses should have generous redundancy payoffs clawed back if they find new jobs in the health service, Downing Street said yesterday as outrage grew over “revolving door” payments (The Times)
  6. Payoffs of £200,000 revealed as a result of Government’s health reforms – The latest accounts for a number of NHS Trusts have revealed that NHS managers were given payoffs of up to £200,000 as a result of the Government’s flagship health reforms (The Evening Standard)
  7. Hospital worker loses employment tribunal claim after accusations of sexually abusing a teenager – A former hospital worker has lost his employment tribunal claim for unfair dismissal after he was sacked for allegedly sexually abusing a teenager in his care (The Birmingham Mail)
  8. WR Refrigeration makes 232 people redundant – a fridge repair firm has gone into administration, rendering 232 people’s jobs redundant (BBC)
  9. Employment Tribunal rules that “bribe” to an employee was unlawful after Buckinghamshire County Council atttempted to change his terms of employment – An Employment Tribunal has ruled a “bribe” to a union member unlawful after a County Council ruled that the method with which they tried to change the terms of his employment was unlawful (Bucks Herald)
