Once you have submitted your enquiry a specialist employment solicitor will, where possible, call you within one hour to discuss your matter with you.
If you are submitting your enquiry in writing and you wish to undertake a free initial consultation, we would be grateful if you could keep the details that you submit as short and concise as possible – if you send us a large amount of confidential information or if your matter is complex, we may not be able to offer a free initial consultation. Whether we offer a free initial consultation is at our discretion, and we will let you know when we discuss the matter with you whether we are able to offer a free initial consultation. We will then give you the option of a nominal agreed (fixed) charge that is necessary for us to consider your case and to provide initial advice.
In periods of extreme high volume of enquiries received, we may not always be able to offer free initial advice, but we will always let you know if this is the case.
