This includes an Employment Tribunal told that a dismissed teacher did not feel safe at her school, a Coca Cola worker dismissed after having a row with his supervisor whilst holding a knife and an Employment Tribunal case involving Liverpool Football Club

Employment Tribunal told that dismissed Blackwood teacher did not feel safe – A teacher who was dismissed after being spied on by her employers has told an Employment Tribunal that she felt threatened by pupils at the school.   2. Coca Cola worker dismissed for threatening supervisor with knife makes claim for unfair dismissal – a former Coca Cola worker who was sacked from his job after rowing with a supervisor with a knife in his hand has made an Employment Tribunal claim for unfair dismissal (MK Web)
  3. Police officer wins victimization claim in the Employment Tribunal over pornographic cards – a female police officer has won her Employment Tribunal claim for victimization after she claimed that she was subjected to detriments because she complained about pornographic cards being brought into work  by colleagues (The Mail Online)
  4. Transsexual police officer sues Essex Police in Employment Tribunal over alleged harassment – the only transsexual police officer on the Essex Police force is suing her employer in the Employment Tribunal for discrimination and harassment over comments made to her in the course of employment (BBC)
  5. Former caravan park manager loses constructive dismissal claim – a former caravan park manager has lost his Employment Tribunal claim for constructive dismissal after he claimed that he was made a scapegoat by the owner of park (The Rhyl Journal)
  6. Lymm High School ordered to pay over £35,000 to two employees after they made Employment Tribunal claims – two ex-employees have won their claims for unfair dismissal in the Employment Tribunal after they were unfairly dismissed from their jobs. The Employment Tribunal reportedly awarded the two employees a combined total of £35,000 (The Warrington Guardian)
  7. Sacked police officer makes claim to the Employment Tribunal for disability discrimination and unfair dismissal – A police community support officer who lost her job after her employer believed she had lied about a previous conviction for theft has taken her claim for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination to the central London Employment Tribunal (The Daily Mail)
  8. Whistleblowing employee successful in Employment Tribunal claim but furious that bosses not held to account – A woman who won her Employment Tribunal claim for detriment due to protected disclosures has stated that she is “furious” that her bosses have not been held to account for suspending her because she raised concerns regarding allegations of financial wrongdoing (The Belfast Telegraph)
  9. Teacher wins Employment Tribunal case for unfair dismissal after being sacked for “losing enthusiasm for job” – A former teacher at a Watford primary school has won her Employment Tribunal claim for unfair dismissal after an Employment Tribunal panel found that she had been discriminated against because  of her depression (The Watford Observer)
  10. “Whistleblowing” LFC chauffeur finishes giving evidence in employment tribunal – The Liverpool FC chauffeur at the centre of whistleblowing allegations finished giving his evidence today. Ex-policeman Dave Sloan, 50, of Garston, is bringing a case of constructive dismissal against the club where he worked for four years (The Liverpool Echo)
