  5. Former director takes charity to employment tribunal – A former finance director at RNLI has made a claim for constructive dismissal in the employment tribunal after he claimed that he was forced out of his job (Civil Society)
  6. Man sacked for being member of trade union wins unfair dismissal claim in employment tribunal – A man who issued a claim for unfair dismissal in the employment tribunal has won £9,000 after an employment judge found that he had been dismissed because he was a member of a trade union (The Yorkshire Evening Post)
  7. Former Tesco employee wins employment tribunal claim for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination – a former Tesco employee has won his claim for unfair dismissal and disability discrimination after being dismissed because he was on long-term sick leave because of problems with depression and stress (The Hertfordshire Mercury)
  8. John McCririck loses Employment Tribunal claim for age discrimination – John McCririck, the eccentric racing pundit, has lost his claim for age discrimination in the employment tribunal after Channel 4 failed to renew his contract last year (BBC)
